Job summary

Masc Medical is seeking compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join our growing outpatient practices in Florida. This value-based role emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and building long-term relationships with adult and geriatric patients.

You will work with a collaborative team of clinicians and staff, delivering comprehensive outpatient care, coordinating with specialists, and utilizing EMR systems.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license (or eligible).
• DEA license (or eligible).
• Current BLS certification.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills preferred for select locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans focused on preventive care, wellness, and disease management.
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on value-based care and outcomes.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families through compassionate care.
