MascMedical seeks compassionate Primary Care Physicians to join outpatient practices in Florida, delivering comprehensive care to adults and seniors with a focus on preventive medicine and value-based outcomes, supported by a collaborative team and EMR systems.

The role is full-time with Monday–Friday daytime hours, offering professional growth, relocation assistance where applicable, and a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Florida medical license (or eligible).
• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• DEA license (or eligible).
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage, managed care, value-based care, or geriatric populations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans that promote preventive care, wellness, and disease management.
• Coordinate care with specialists, hospitals, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, preventive health, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation within the EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives focused on value-based care and positive patient outcomes.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and their families through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Schedule

Full-time Monday through Friday Daytime outpatient hours Minimal call requirements, depending on practice location.
