Oak Street Health in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based care to Medicare populations. You will work in a neighborhood primary care center supported by dedicated care teams, focusing on outcomes and preventive medicine rather than volume.

Qualificações

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted State License.
• Active DEA registration.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe medications and manage therapy.
• Maintain Patient EMR data via Canopy and Greenway.
• Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
