Millennium Physician Group in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults within a value-based, physician-led framework. You will build long-term preventive care relationships, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and apply evidence-based medicine to improve outcomes and patient experience.

Florida license and DEA license (or ability to obtain) are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain).
• DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Passion for value-based, patient-centered care.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and population health is preferred.
• ACN-certified physicians are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with AthenaOne EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.
• Develop long-term relationships focused on preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve quality outcomes and patient experience.
• Utilize evidence-based medicine to deliver value-based care.
• Participate in quality initiatives that improve patient health while reducing unnecessary healthcare utilization.
