Job summary

Oak Street Health in Columbus, OH is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based care to Medicare populations within our neighborhood centers. The physician will work with a large care team to focus on quality over quantity and participate in outcomes-driven bonuses while delivering preventive medicine.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) with a salary range of $240,000–$270,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package and additional earnings

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate
• Board Certification or eligible
• Active, unrestricted State License
• Active DEA license
• US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medications
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals
• Direct and manage the center care team
