Job summary

Partners in Digital Health seeks an experienced Physician Assistant for its Seattle clinic. The PA will manage a patient panel aged 14+, handling acute, chronic, and preventive care in an outpatient setting with a typical day of about 16 patient visits.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8 am–5 pm) and a strong emphasis on work-life balance within a collaborative team. Compensation includes a base salary, generous benefits, and CME allowance.

Qualifications

• NCCPA Certified.
• 2 years of outpatient primary care PA experience in the last 5 years, or 1 year with a primary care fellowship or 1+ years in urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive care needs.
• Treat patients in the office, testing centers, and via telehealth as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities.
• Collaborate daily with in-office teammates during huddles and coordinated care discussions.
• Perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
