Job summary

Partners in Digital Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for its value-based primary care clinic in downtown Seattle, WA. You will see pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in a mix of well visits and acute care, managing your own patient panel with a typical day of about 16 patients.

The role is outpatient, with a 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule, Monday–Friday. Compensation ranges from $146,000 to $155,250 annually, with comprehensive benefits and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings is required.
• Ability to manage a patient panel with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive care needs.
• Treat patients in the office, testing centers, and via telehealth when appropriate.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and coordinate with in-office teammates.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures as needed.
