Job summary

Partners in Digital Health, a value-based primary care clinic in Seattle, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its daytime outpatient team caring for patients aged 14 and up. You will manage your own patient panel with a mix of well visits and acute care.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule, a base salary of $146,000–$155,250, and a strong benefits package including 100% employer-paid health insurance, CME allowance, generous PTO, malpractice tail

Qualifications

• Outpatient experience with adult patients preferred.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient panel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Provide in-office and telehealth services as appropriate.
