Job summary

Alliance Recruiting Resources is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner in Seattle, Washington to join a value-based primary care clinic. The role includes managing a patient panel with a mix of well visits and acute care, and working from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $146,000 to $155,250 annually, comprehensive benefits including 100% employer-paid health insurance, generous PTO, and a supportive work environment that emphasizes work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in outpatient primary care within the last 5 years.
• Experience in acute care, chronic care, and preventive care is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with various needs including acute and chronic care.
• Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth.
• Participate in clinical rounds and collaborative care discussions.
