Job summary

Optima Medical in Arizona is seeking a qualified clinician (MD/DO/NP/PA) for outpatient primary care across our network of clinics. You will perform comprehensive physicals, review histories, diagnose and treat conditions, and coordinate care with specialists.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or NP/PA degree from an accredited program.
• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• Experience in outpatient primary care.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and clinical assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving patient outcomes.
• Prescribe medications and provide dosage and administration instructions.
• Order and interpret laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic test results.
