Job summary

Oak Street Health seeks a recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and behavioral health specialists. You will attract top-tier provider talent focused on value-based care and partner with clinical leaders to align hiring with organizational goals.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews and travel, manage offers, and ensure smooth onboarding while maintaining ATS documentation and reporting recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience, or equivalent; provider specific preferred.
• CPRP certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of value-based care models preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical leaders and managers to understand hiring needs.
• Create and manage job postings.
• Source active and passive candidates.
• Screen candidates for alignment with Oak Street Health's values and mission.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate travel, and site visits.
• Coordinate the offer process.
• Maintain documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure a seamless transition of hired candidates to onboarding.
• Track and report recruitment metrics.
• Represent Oak Street Health at recruiting events.
• Uphold compliance with hiring protocols and regulations.
