Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and behavioral health specialists. You will partner with clinical leaders, coordinators, and managers to understand hiring needs and attract top-tier provider talent aligned with delivering value-based care.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience, familiarity with Workday, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience, or equivalent; provider specific preferred.
• CPRP certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of value-based care models preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Tracks and reports recruitment metrics.
• Represents Oak Street Health at recruiting events.
• Upholds compliance with hiring protocols and regulations.
