Job summary

Oak Street Health in Chicago is seeking a recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and behavioral health clinicians. • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience, or equivalent; provider specific preferred.
• CPRP certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of value-based care models preferred.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
