Job summary

You will work closely with physician leaders, practice administrators, and internal teams to align operations with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.

In this role, you will analyze performance trends, support change management, and contribute to service line strategy while fostering collaboration and ongoing education within the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 3–5+ years in provider relations, network operations, consulting, or managed care.
• Strong data interpretation, stakeholder communication, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultations for assigned specialty domains with physicians and practice leaders.
• Serve as subject-matter expert between specialist practices and leadership.
• Support strategic projects with planning, data insights, and change management.
• Analyze performance trends and recommend improvements.
• Support provider onboarding, engagement, and ongoing education.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service line strategy.
