Better Health Group is seeking a Provider Network Development Manager to drive growth by identifying, engaging, and contracting with primary care practices across Jacksonville, North Florida, and Georgia. You will manage a pipeline, assess provider needs, and present value-based care solutions to executives.

The role requires strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, deep knowledge of VBC/ACOs, and willingness to travel up to 50% within the territory.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of related experience in healthcare contracting, business development, sales, provider recruiting, marketing, or healthcare operations or 3+ years in value-based care development.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute territory-specific business development strategies to achieve affiliate provider network growth goals and contracting targets.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective primary care practices and organizations through market research, targeted outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound lead development.
• Prospect and engage high-priority provider practices, coordinating with Network Development Representatives to nurture leads and advance opportunities through contracting.
• Evaluate prospective affiliate providers to determine organizational fit, practice needs, and suitability for participation in Better Health Group's value-based care network.
• Educate prospective providers on value-based care models, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and the benefits of partnering with Better Health Group.
• Deliver tailored presentations and high-level solution demonstrations that communicate value proposition and address providers' clinical, operational, and financial needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, practice administrators, healthcare organizations, and other key decision-makers to advance business opportunities.
• Negotiate contract terms with prospective affiliates and coordinate execution of agreements.
