Job summary

Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization (PBACO) seeks a Manager, Specialist Growth & Market Strategy to lead physician network development and recruitment across national and regional markets. This strategic, externally facing role drives growth, shapes market plans, and builds relationships with physicians and healthcare executives.

You will own the specialist pipeline, coordinate with analytics and operations, and present strategies to leadership. Travel to markets is required as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of experience in healthcare business development or provider recruitment.
• Experience developing and executing business development or sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of physician practices and healthcare markets.
• Ability to interpret healthcare data and turn findings into strategy.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation and closing skills with physicians and executives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze PBACO's specialist network to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Turn claims and performance data into recruitment priorities with Analytics.
• Build target lists and market strategies, then present to leadership.
• Develop PBACO's value proposition and sales approach.
• Prospect and build relationships with specialists and healthcare leaders.
• Lead meetings, move prospects from contact to commitment.
• Identify decision-makers and entry points in large organizations.
• Own the Salesforce pipeline: stages, activity, forecasts and reporting.
• Track market intelligence and recommend responses.
• Set growth objectives with leadership and adjust strategy.
• Transition recruited specialists to operations while maintaining key relationships.
