EPIC Health, located in Southfield, MI, is seeking a strategic Healthcare Strategy Manager for Value-Based Reimbursement & Payer Strategy. This full-time role reports to Executive Leadership and partners with finance, clinical leadership, and external payer partners to optimize value-based contracts.

The candidate will analyze payer performance, manage negotiations, and drive program management for ACO and value-based initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare admin/finance/public health focus preferred.
• Experience in value-based reimbursement, payer relations, or ACO management.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with cross-functional leadership ability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement value-based reimbursement strategies.
• Analyze payer performance, reimbursement models, quality, and financial results to identify opportunities.
• Lead or support payer contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and performance discussions.
• Monitor HEDIS and other payer quality measures and drive improvement.
• Oversee credentialing and payer enrollment processes with internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate initiatives across Finance, Operations, Quality, Population Health, Revenue Cycle, and IT.
