Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Senior Manager, Value Based Contractor to advance Medicare and Medicaid partnerships within the National Value Based Solutions Specialty Partnership team. You will collaborate across Network and Clinical organizations to accelerate market entry and support growth of our Specialty and Medicaid VBC portfolio.

You will build and sustain provider relationships, develop financial models, and ensure timely deployment of VBC strategies across departments, driving ROI

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in value-based care contracting, provider relations, or related solutions.
• Medicaid or Medicare contracting experience required, with large specialty groups preferred.
• Experience in Value Based Care financial models and risk-based arrangements.
• Ability to execute and deliver projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; ability to translate data for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and finalize contracts with Specialty and Medicaid provider partners.
• Build relationships with specialty/Medicaid provider leaders to drive growth strategies.
• Educate leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used in the industry.
• Collaborate with finance to develop financial models and VBC contracts for portfolio growth.
• Partner with Network and Segment teams to deploy VBC strategies on time.
• Perform market analysis and work with contracting and clinical teams on innovative concepts.
• Lead cross-functional model solution development and ROI for enterprise scaling.
