Job summary

The position requires 4–6 years in analytics, strong Excel and coding skills (Python/Snowflake/SQL), and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau/Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Graduate degree (MBA or MS in a quantitative field) preferred.
• Experience with relational databases and query tools (Python, Snowflake, SQL) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, analyze, summarize, and synthesize data from hospitals, payors, and health care clients to deliver actionable information to SCP executives and leadership.
• Support executive clinical leadership with data, analytics, and reports to improve clinical performance and value.
• Develop and track impact of growth, innovation, and operational initiatives.
