Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics professional to assemble, analyze, and synthesize clinical and operational data from hospitals, payors, and health care clients. You will support executive leadership with analytics and reports to improve clinical performance and value.

The role requires 4–6 years in analytics, healthcare exposure, and proficiency with SQL, Python, and BI tools. You will develop dashboards and recurring reports to drive strategic decisions and monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 4–6 years of analytical experience, healthcare preferred.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, Python, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, analyze, and summarize clinical and operational data from hospitals, payors, and health care clients.
• Provide data-driven insights to executive clinical leadership.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Own recurring reports and ensure timely, accurate data delivery.
• Identify trends and communicate findings to Innovation leadership.
• Maintain databases and data registries for performance tracking.
