Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections experience and prior authorization knowledge.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management for various specialty groups (e.g., maternity, ortho, cardio).
• Strong decision-making, collaboration, and leadership in complex environments.
• Ability to analyze, evaluate and develop strategic financial solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Directs resolving technical or workflow issues causing revenue cycle deficiencies in collections and provider inquiries.
• Completes daily collection and billing KPIs audit to monitor performance.
• Responsible for all collection, billing, and management reporting.
• Monitors employee progress during orientation for competency and goals.
• Completes annual employee reviews, including 45/90-day evaluations.
• Identifies and implements improved processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
