Job summary

Cedar Gate Technologies, an IQVIA business, seeks a Billing Manager to lead the billing function for specialty care provider clients and drive revenue cycle excellence. You will supervise Billing Coordinators and collaborate across coding, credentialing, and finance to optimize reimbursement and outcomes.

Reporting to VBC Operations leadership, you will support bundled payment initiatives and monitor performance, ensure payer requirements compliance, and present reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional medical billing or revenue cycle management.
• 2+ years leading billing, collections, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee professional billing operations, including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, appeals, and AR follow-up.
• Coach and develop billing staff through hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and professional development.
• Partner with collections to optimize revenue cycle performance and improve collection outcomes.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics and identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy and reimbursement performance.
• Analyze reimbursement trends, payer performance, denials, and AR data to drive decisions.
