Qualifications

• Strong planning, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Modify and maintain business processes, contracts, and program data for value-based care.
• Develop financial models and analyses for value-based initiatives.
• Monitor value-based care financial payments and performance metrics.
• Interpret and present results to management in clear formats.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in audits and process documentation related to value-based care.
