As part of a team of value‑based care and reimbursement professionals, you will analyze data, support reporting, and assist with program administration to drive better outcomes and cost management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's in Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Public Health, or related field.
• Experience with Excel formulas, PivotTables, or data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with SQL, Databricks, or Power BI — or a willingness to learn.
• Interest in healthcare finance, reimbursement, contracting, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations.
• Curiosity and strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn how healthcare claims data, provider reimbursement, population health, and value‑based care programs are used to support business decisions.
• Build an understanding of how health insurance companies and healthcare providers work together to improve quality, member experience, and cost of care.
• Help create reports and dashboards that track trends in quality, cost, utilization, and financial performance.
• Support business processes and workflows that help value‑based care programs run effectively.
• Assist with reviewing program performance, incentive payment calculations, and cost and utilization trends.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries that help share key findings in a clear and meaningful way.
