You will work with value-based care and reimbursement professionals to support analysis and administration of programs.

The internship offers hybrid work with on-site days in Omaha, and requires pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in relevant fields.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Learn how healthcare claims data, provider reimbursement, population health, and value-based care programs support business decisions.
Build understanding of how health insurers and providers collaborate to improve quality and cost of care.
Help create reports and dashboards that track trends in quality, cost, utilization, and financial performance.
Support business processes and workflows that help value-based care programs run effectively.
Assist with reviewing program performance, incentive calculations, and cost trends.
Prepare reports and summaries to share key findings clearly.
