Qualifications

• 5 years of executive-level communication experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of value-based care contracts across patient types.
• 6–8 years in practice management, project management, account management with analytics.
• Ability to be onsite 2–3 days a week in Maryland and Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Own the account relationship across domains including financial performance, quality management, and population health.
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor practice performance against key objectives.
• Develop project plans to ensure organizational objectives are achieved.
• Assist in training office staff and physicians on processes and technologies.
• Provide contract goals and performance updates at multiple levels to align objectives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with physicians, providers, and system executives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop executive-facing presentations and memos.
• Advise leadership by surfacing core issues affecting performance.
• Adapt to evolving needs and take on additional duties as necessary.
