Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL, ETL, data modeling, and BI/reporting tools.
• Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of healthcare data/workflows.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyse problems, present options, and implement solutions.
• Experience in business system analysis, operational support, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provides data programming and analytics to support physician and system leadership across quality, financial, and utilization reporting.
• Develops and delivers high-quality reporting solutions and dashboards using SQL, SSRS/SSIS and Microsoft BI stack.
• Designs, codes, tests, and maintains BI/reporting and analytics objects using best practices.
• Cleanses, prepares, validates, and distributes reports from multiple data sources.
• Ensures requirements are met and coordinates timely reporting across stakeholders.
• Creates design documents, report inventories, and promotion requests as part of requirements management.
• Develops tools to measure populations, value, and impact for ad hoc analytics.
• Drives governance and cross-functional collaboration to sustain Value-Based Analytics.
