Premier, Inc. seeks a Manager, Value Analysis to lead the system-wide, physician-led VA process.

You will assess product function and cost across the Clinical Spend landscape, using cost, quality, and patient outcome data to identify opportunities while preserving or improving care. You will build multidisciplinary teams, educate and mentor analysts, coordinate with C-suite and Premier colleagues, review spend landscapes and ERP reports, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable experience.
• 3+ years combined clinical experience in a procedural or critical care hospital setting.
• Experience analyzing healthcare processes toward improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify key stakeholders and establish ongoing relationships to achieve engagement.
• Interface regularly with C-suite and educate Value Analysis teams.
• Create multidisciplinary Value Analysis teams and orient analysts and coordinators.
• Collaborate with Value Analysis Team Chairs and Members; facilitate committee preparation and follow-up.
• Review spend landscapes, ERP reports, and new item reports to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate trials and evaluations for new products or changes; identify utilization and waste reduction opportunities.
