Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking an experienced RN to provide project support for Value Analysis Team initiatives, coordinating trials, new products and outcomes tracking. The role requires independent judgment and strong project management skills to liaise between executive leadership and Supply Chain teams, improving patient and staff safety.

Responsibilities include leading VAT meetings, monitoring trials and outcomes, and coordinating product acquisitions with clinical and administrative staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3 years of clinical healthcare experience required.
• Licensed Registered Nurse upon hire or RN multi-state license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates oversight and management of assigned initiatives using System performance improvement and Value Analysis methodology.
• Monitors and maintains records of VAT initiatives including product reviews, trials and evaluations.
• Acts as liaison between Hospital/System administration, departments and clinical staff to ensure cost-effective utilization of products and processes.
