UF Health in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Value Analysis Coordinator to lead and coordinate the Value Analysis program, collaborating with clinical and administrative leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve patient care.

This onsite role involves planning, data analysis, and implementing standardized products, services, and processes across the department to achieve value and quality goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field required.
• Three years' experience in a healthcare setting required; project management and clinical field preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and ability in cost-benefit analysis and financial feasibility studies.
• Knowledge of clinical and operational improvement processes.
• Independent and self-motivated with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with the Value Analysis Team to plan and execute the VA program.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings through standardization and utilization.
• Assist in selection, evaluation, monitoring, analysis and implementation of cost-effective products, services and processes.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with clinical, administrative, and healthcare staff to ensure outcomes and improved patient care.

Overview

Value Analysis Coordinator

Work Style: Onsite

Location: Gainesville, FL (1600 SW Archer Road Gainesville, Florida 32610)

FTE: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Collaborates with the Value Analysis Team within a clinical portfolio. Plans and executes the Value Analysis (VA) program to identify opportunities for cost savings related to improved product, service and process standardization and utilization by assisting in the selection, evaluation, monitoring, analysis and implementation of cost-effective product, services and processes. Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with clinical, administrative, and healthcare system staff and physicians to ensure effective, results-oriented outcomes and improved quality of care provided to patients.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field required.

Experience Requirements:

Three years' experience in a healthcare setting required, experience in project management and clinical field preferred.

Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects.

Demonstrated analytical skills and computer skills, including an understanding of cost-benefit analysis and financial feasibility studies.

Knowledge of clinical and operational improvement processes.

Independent and self-motivated.

Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position: Will operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose as a \"non-frequent driver\"
