Job summary

HealthTrust, a division of HCA Healthcare, seeks an Enterprise Director of Analytics & Performance based in the Atlanta area. You will lead supply chain analytics, BI, enterprise performance management, data governance and digital enablement across the health system.

You will partner with supply chain, finance, clinical, IT and executives to develop advanced analytics capabilities, establish enterprise performance metrics, and drive data-driven decision making for operational excellence and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics, BI, supply chain informatics, performance management, ERP/MMIS or related experience.
• Healthcare supply chain operations, sourcing, contracting, inventory or value analysis experience.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into executive decisions.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership including team development and organizational change.
• Certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, CBIP or related BI/Lean Six Sigma training.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and performance intelligence for enterprise supply chain and finance decisions.
• Develop enterprise KPIs, executive scorecards, dashboards and reporting strategies.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities and deliver analytical solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Govern data quality, governance policies and platform standardization across systems.
• Oversee training, capability development and stakeholder engagement for analytics tools.
