Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field with healthcare experience.
• 5+ years in healthcare, supply chain, or value analysis with clinician interaction.
• Leadership experience in value analysis or strategic sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead CVA Specialists and manage CVA program governance and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Category Management, Contracting, and Clinical leaders.
• Drive standardization, cost savings, and data-driven decision making.
