Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA required, 1.5–3 years Big 4 experience with diverse client base.
• Significant exposure to general accounting, valuations, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly valuations of the firm’s portfolio company investments.
• Support SEC reporting and management reporting.
• Prepare investor presentations and present insights to senior leadership.
• Contribute to the rotation program by broadening experience beyond accounting.
