Responsibilities

• Support the transition of newly approved investments into active management, collaborating closely with deal and underwriting teams.
• Conduct periodic (typically monthly) valuations for private or illiquid assets, and occasionally present findings to senior valuation or oversight committees.
• Perform independent valuation reviews, incorporating financial statements, deal terms, market benchmarks, and other relevant data points.
• Build and update detailed financial models to monitor ongoing performance of portfolio companies or issuers.
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly portfolio updates and presentations, with opportunities to present analysis to senior investment professionals.
• Coordinate across internal functions—such as investment, investor relations, operations, technology, and analytics teams—as well as with external stakeholders, including valuation firms and auditors.

Qualifications
