Qualifications

• Requires Big 4 Audit or Transactions Advisory experience.
• 12 to 18 months of experience.
• Must have great grades from a great school.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Must be ranked at the top of your peer group in the Big 4.

Responsibilities

• Assist in valuing the firm's investments on a quarterly basis.
• Engage in valuations, SEC reporting, corporate accounting, FP&A, and related projects.
• Participate in a 24-month rotational program before joining a commercial deal team.
• Gain exposure to M&A and corporate finance activities.
