Job summary

Colliers International in Arkansas is seeking a Valuation Services Director to originate and manage top-tier valuation work for corporate clients, REITs, and funds. You will lead a team across geographies, oversee appraisal assignments, and apply methods like DCF, Sales Comparison, and Cost approaches.

This hybrid role requires MAI designation and 10+ years' experience, strong client service, and proficiency with Argus and Excel.

Qualifications

• MAI designation required.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results.
• Allocation of appraisal assignments.
• Supervision of trainee appraisers.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs (publicly traded & non-traded), pension funds, open and closed-end funds, lenders, etc.
• Apply expertise in discounted cash flow (Argus and MS Excel), Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Highest & Best Use.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends.
• Assist with preparing and presenting the results of our analysis.
