Job summary

Colliers in Arkansas seeks a Valuation Services Director to lead top‑tier valuation and advisory services for corporate clients, REITs, pensions and funds, leveraging the company’s full platform and local market relationships. Hybrid role based out of the local office.

You will originate and manage client relationships, supervise trainees and appraisers, and deliver complex valuation assignments with accuracy and client service.

Qualifications

• MAI designation required and 10+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones.
• Manage team members across geographies to deliver client service and results.
• Allocation of appraisal assignments and supervision of trainee appraisers.
• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, lenders, etc.
• Review industry surveys and present results clearly to clients.
