• Experience in appraisal management companies and residential valuation concepts.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to identify inconsistencies and quality concerns.
• Excellent written communication for requesting corrections or clarifications.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review valuation products for accuracy, completeness, and quality before delivery.
• Read and evaluate valuation reports for USPAP, GSE, lender, and client requirements.
• Identify factors requiring additional review or clarification and request necessary corrections.
