Job summary

APP in Santa Ana, CA seeks a Quality Control Specialist to review shop travelers and certifications, and to prepare certification packages for shipment. The role extends to verifying ERP data, generating packing lists and certificates of conformance, and accessing customer portals for ASN labels.

You will ensure data completeness and compliance, communicate with internal and external customers, and coordinate with various departments for accurate data input and verification.

Responsibilities

• Gather and review documentation such as shop travelers and certifications for traceability and accuracy to prepare certification packages.
• Review ERP data to verify ship dates and quantities for certification packages.
• Generate packing lists and certificates of conformance in the ERP and other data bases.
• Access customer portals to create ASN labels for shipping products.
• Check data for completeness, accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to provide inquiries and order information by phone or email.
• Collaborate with internal departments for data input and verification.
