Qualifications

• Graduate/MBA Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in mortgage valuations, appraisal review, or quality control.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of residential appraisal reports, BPOs, and mortgage valuation processes.
• USPAP knowledge and investor/client requirements emphasized.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in production-driven environments and AMC operations.
• Lean Six Sigma or process-improvement experience is a plus.
• Appraisal review and BPO review expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of QC Analysts.
• Monitor daily workload and allocate assignments by priority.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and development plans.
• Ensure QC reports meet client guidelines, USPAP, and investor requirements.
• Track production, turnaround times, and SLAs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Prepare productivity and quality reports for management.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
