Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a qualified professional to support the Real Estate Valuation Services Operations and Pipeline team. You will procure valuation services, manage the vendor panel, ensure regulatory recordkeeping, and serve as the first contact for internal partners and valuation providers.

You will also assist with audits and process improvements. The role requires 4–7 years in valuation or lending services, strong MS Office skills, and knowledge of the appraisal process.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 4–7 years in valuation or lending services with knowledge of the appraisal process.
• Skills: strong office/administrative skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Procure valuation services and manage end-to-end lifecycle of requests.
• Maintain the approved valuation vendor panel including onboarding and compliance.
• Assist REVS Ops Manager with daily scheduling and queue load balancing.
• Provide second-level assistance for escalated matters and coordinate with senior management.
