Columbia Bank is seeking a Collateral Risk Analyst II to support valuation, environmental risk management, and vendor coordination. This role will coordinate appraisal and related due diligence, manage vendor panels, and ensure workflow compliance across departments.

The position emphasizes on-site work at multiple NJ locations with a focus on accuracy, timely delivery, and strong cross-functional collaboration within risk management and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, appraisal operations, collateral risk, vendor management, banking operations, or related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential and commercial valuation and environmental assignments; manage vendor RFPs and onboarding.
• Track and report assignment status; ensure completion and routing to review resources.
• Maintain vendor profiles and manage documentation and compliance with panels.
