Columbia Bank is seeking a Collateral Risk Analyst II to provide operational, workflow, and vendor management support for valuation and environmental risk programs. The role coordinates appraisal and environmental due diligence, supports vendor panels, monitors workflows, and ensures compliance with policies and service standards.

The position requires on-site work at Fair Lawn, NJ, with experience in appraisal operations, vendor management, and banking processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in real estate, appraisal operations, collateral risk, vendor management, banking operations, or related field.
• Strong organization skills to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential and commercial valuation and environmental assignments with qualified local professionals.
• Develop and manage RFPs in the vendor management system; oversee engagement processes.
• Track assignment status and route completed reports to review resources.
• Assist with onboarding, credential verification, and panel maintenance for vendors.
• Prepare periodic vendor management reports and support training of vendors on workflow.
