Atlas Search is seeking a Valuation & Portfolio Reporting Senior Associate to join a lean, high-impact Finance team. This newly created role offers exposure to the firm's entire investment portfolio and to senior leadership, with potential for managerial growth as the team expands.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, proactive professional who can own substantial portions of the valuation process and collaborate across investment, investor relations, legal, and finance teams.

Formación

• Hands-on valuation experience preferred.
• Ability to own portions of valuation processes.
• Willingness to take on managerial responsibilities as team grows.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate quarterly valuation for private equity and private credit portfolios.
• Prepare and review 25–30 private equity portfolio company valuations quarterly.
• Perform valuation analyses using DCF, guideline public company, and precedent transactions.
• Coordinate third-party valuation providers supporting credit and PE portfolios.
• Collaborate with investment team to evaluate and agree private equity valuations.
• Update public company comps, precedent transactions, and market data used in valuations.
• Present valuation analyses and conclusions to the Valuation Committee.
• Work in a lean team of three with significant individual exposure.
