Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• 5–10 years of valuation experience.
• ASC 820 knowledge and related valuation guidance.
• Experience with multiple valuation methodologies and external reporting.
• Big Four valuation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day valuation process, deliverable tracking, and model reviews.
• Coordinate valuation reviews with third-party providers.
• Guide Deal Teams in valuation models per policy and external guidance.
• Onboard new portfolio investments onto valuation technology platform.
• Compile and review supporting documentation for financial assumptions.
• Assess key assumptions underlying income, market, and other valuation methods.
• Develop, review, and implement valuation models across portfolio scenarios.
• Conduct market and economic research on portfolio companies, industries, and countries.
• Manage audits and internal reviews; support external auditors.
• Drive enhancements to valuation processes, AI automation, and technology solutions.
• Prepare materials to communicate results to leaders and investors.
• Lead discussions and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
