Job summary

Atlantic Group's client, a 35bn+ Real Assets focused PE firm, seeks a Valuations Lead to oversee quarterly valuation processes, coordinate with third-party providers, and present fair values to the Valuation Committee.

The role collaborates with Business Development, Investor Relations, Operations, and Underwriting for tasks such as fundraising and SEC filings, while driving data and reporting improvements using Chronograph, Anaplan, Workiva (Wdesk) and PowerBI for enhanced financial

Qualifications

6-10+ years of valuation experience within an investment management firm or third-party valuations firm.

Responsibilities

Oversee quarterly valuation process with mark-to-market analysis for every security in the portfolio.
Coordinate with third-party valuation providers and present fair values to the Valuation Committee.
Facilitate portfolio review and valuation meetings; set agenda and prepare materials.
Collaborate with Business Development, Investor Relations, Operations and Underwriting for fundraising and SEC filings.
Prepare month-end reporting packages and aggregate valuation results for monthly committee reviews.
Liaise with external valuation firms and manage external valuation reviews.
