H.I.G. Capital is hiring a Director, AI Enablement to execute the firm’s AI strategy for investment professionals and front‑office staff. The role owns ACE (Advanced Context Engine), H.I.G.’s proprietary single‑pane‑of‑glass AI platform, and is accountable for the scalable architecture, roadmap, systems integration, agent development, and adoption work required to translate AI capability into measurable gains in productivity, deal velocity, and decision quality. The Director will set platform direction in close partnership with firm leadership, including the CTO, the GenAI Steering Committee, the Managing Director of Commercial and Digital, deal team leadership, and the AI Training and Development function.
