Job summary

The Carlyle Group is seeking a valuation professional to support maintenance and development of corporate valuation models, analytics, and data management. The role requires an in-office presence for four days per week in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include updating valuation models, preparing analytics, and coordinating with Fund Management to ensure timely, accurate valuations. Strong Excel and AI tool familiarity are expected, with a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field; CFA progress a plus.
• Experience with valuation concepts across operating companies, real estate, energy, debt/equity instruments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update valuation models; interact with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive automation.
• Prepare fund/investment valuation analytics and ad hoc reports; ensure data consistency across systems.
• Coordinate with Fund Management on valuation deliverables and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
