Job summary

Insite US, a well-established CPA and business advisory firm, seeks an experienced Business Valuation Manager to join its growing valuation practice. You’ll work on valuations for closely held businesses, gift and estate planning, shareholder transactions, and 409A engagements, collaborating with tax and advisory colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or related discipline.
• 5+ years of business valuation experience.
• Strong understanding of the income, market and asset-based valuation approaches.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
• Experience preparing professional valuation reports and supporting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation engagements from initial analysis to final client deliverables.
• Prepare valuations of closely held and privately owned businesses.
• Perform equity valuations and 409A valuation work.
• Support gift and estate tax planning, shareholder transactions, and purchase price allocations.
• Build financial models and conduct industry and company analyses.
• Prepare clear, well-supported valuation reports.
