Insite US, a leading public accounting and advisory firm, seeks a Tax Manager to lead the Commercial Services team for middle‑market clients across manufacturing, distribution, and hospitality. You will oversee planning, compliance, and advisory engagements while guiding a growing tax team.

The role emphasizes technical tax guidance, client service, and business development, with a hybrid work model and competitive compensation. CPA/EA/JD credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
• CPA/EA/JD qualification or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee federal and state tax compliance and advisory engagements for corporate and partnership clients.
• Lead multiple client engagements, ensuring timely, accurate delivery.
• Review corporate and partnership tax returns for quality and compliance.
• Conduct tax research and interpret changing tax laws to provide practical recommendations.
• Prepare technical memoranda and communicate complex tax matters clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Develop proactive tax planning strategies aligned with clients' objectives.
• Mentor Tax Seniors and Associates for technical excellence and growth.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
